Some conservatives have labeled the mainstream media the “Clinton” media, and rightfully so. It plays up every mistake, gaffe, or exaggeration made by Donald Trump while (comparatively) giving little air time to Hillary Clinton’s many peccadillos, which include recklessness with our national security and persistent lying. The media is constantly telling us how awful and unfit for office Trump is. And they have recently begun writing the obituary for Trump’s campaign, claiming that he has blown any chance he may have had at winning the presidency. However, I believe that if they continue with this kind of “reporting,” they are eventually going to overplay their hand. Voters are soon going to resent the fact that the media is trying to tell them who to vote for and who is going to win. This uneven coverage is going to wear thin with the American public – which believes in fair play – and cause many of them to feel some sympathy for Trump. Some might even express that sympathy by voting for him in November. How ironic would that be?
