Paula Deen has recently come under fire for racist remarks that she has since apologized for. However, the judgmental and intolerant media has not forgiven her. Never have cowardly companies like the TV Food Network and Smithfield, which have both decided to quit doing business with her rather than standing by an old friend and business partner. Deen has played “Ms. Nice Lady” and it obviously has not worked. Not it’s time to come out fighting.
Like they say, the best defense is a good offense. One she goes on offense and begins attacking those who are attacking her, her true fans will stand with her. Her first order of business should be to encourage her fans to boycott the TV Food Network and Smithfield. That will hit them where it hurts the most – in their pocketbook. Once their bottom line takes a hit, they will see the light and come crawling back to her on their hands and knees. That, in turn, will serve as a warning to any other company that is considering dropping her.
The lamestream media will then learn once and for all that Paula Deen, and no one else, is the master of her destiny.
