Unlike some countries, the U.S. has no laws limiting how many children a family can have. Instead, it enacts laws that make having children very costly and inconvenient.
Very often, I find myself fondly reminiscing about the days of my youth, when I was the served instead of the server.
If states didn't have state songs, birds, mottos, etc., I seriously doubt that the quality of life of their residents would be adversely affected in the least. That's why I can't understand why state legislatures waste so much time on such drivel.
The time you waste admiring your work could be better spent improving it.
The music that plays when Windows XP loads up sounds like a portion of Lionel Richie's Sail On.
If we're going to refer to eyeglasses as the third and fourth eyes, then we should call cell phones the "third ear."
One who is unable or unwilling to clean anything up should be especially careful to never mess anything up.
Sometimes I don't look because I'm afraid of what I might see.
